Do I need technical skills?

No. The platform is designed so you can do everything yourself without a developer. The store builder is module-based — drag and drop sections, change colours, and add content. Domain, shipping, and payment are configured through simple forms.

Can I try the platform for free?

Yes, you get a 14-day free trial without entering payment details. You get full access to the entire platform — including the store builder, product management, and B2B features.

What happens after the trial?

You choose a subscription (Startup or Growth) to continue. If you don't choose a plan, your account is paused — you lose no data and can reactivate at any time.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.

How much does the platform cost?

We have two plans: Startup from €69/mo (billed every 6 months) or €89/mo (monthly), and Growth from €149/mo (billed every 6 months) or €179/mo (monthly). All plans include the full platform — the difference is how many B2B customers you can have.

Do you charge any platform fee on sales?

No. We charge no platform fee — on either B2C sales (direct to consumers) or B2B sales. The only thing on top of the subscription is Stripe's own fees for card payments, which vary by payment method and card type. See Stripe's pricing page for current rates.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. You pay the subscription + Stripe's fees. We also use Stripe Tax for automatic VAT calculation, which has its own per-transaction cost (see Stripe Tax pricing). There are no setup fees, no platform fee, no charges for the number of products or orders, and no extra fees for shipping, accounting, or CRM features.

What is the difference between 6-month and monthly billing?

With 6-month billing you pay for 6 months at a time and save up to 10% compared to monthly. Monthly billing has no commitment — you can cancel at any time.

How does Stripe payment work?

Stripe handles all payments in your store. You create a Stripe account (free), connect it to our platform, and money goes straight to your account. Stripe's fees depend on the payment method — card, Klarna, etc. have different rates. See stripe.com/pricing for the full overview. We never hold your money — it goes directly from customer to you via Stripe.

Do B2B orders cost anything?

No. B2B orders (wholesale to business customers) have no transaction fees on any plan. B2B customers typically pay by invoice, not card, so Stripe fees don't apply either.

How does B2B sales work?

Business customers can register in your store and request access. You approve them, assign a price list with custom prices, and they can order by invoice. Orders can require your approval before being processed.

What are price lists and how do they work?

Price lists let you create different prices for different customers. For example, Café A gets 15% off everything, while Restaurant B gets special prices on selected products. The customer only sees their own price when logged in. You can have as many price lists as you want.

Yes. Your store has a registration page where businesses fill in their company name, registration number, contact details, and delivery address. You receive a request and can approve or decline. Once approved, they get access to B2B prices.

Yes. You can choose whether wholesale orders need to be manually approved by you before processing. You see the order in your dashboard, can make changes, and approve with one click. The customer automatically receives an email when the order is approved.

What is the difference between B2B and B2C customers?

B2B customers are businesses that buy from you — they see their own prices, can order by invoice, and their orders may require approval. B2C customers are individuals who pay by card at checkout. Both types use the same store.

Yes, that's the whole point. Individuals see standard prices and pay by card. Business customers log in and see their agreed prices. All in one store, with the same product catalogue.

No. All plans have unlimited products, variants, and images. You never pay extra for adding more products.

How do product variants work?

You define options such as Size, Colour, or Weight, and the platform automatically generates all combinations. For example: 3 sizes × 4 colours = 12 variants in seconds. Each variant can have its own price, stock level, and SKU.

Yes. You can generate product catalogues as PDF directly from the platform. Choose which products to include, customise the layout, and download a professional catalogue to share with B2B customers.

Yes. You can create discount codes with a percentage off or a fixed amount. You set an expiry date, maximum usage count, minimum order amount, and which products the code applies to.

Customers can subscribe to regular deliveries of your products. They choose a delivery interval (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) and pay automatically via Stripe. B2B customers can also have subscriptions billed manually.

Yes. Customers can log in and pause, resume, skip the next delivery, change delivery frequency, add/remove products, or cancel — all self-service. You can also configure which of these options customers have access to.

Yes. When processing an order, click 'Create shipping label' and choose the service (parcel, express, etc.). The label is generated as a PDF, and the tracking number is automatically added to the order. The customer receives an email with a tracking link.

Yes, based on the package weight and dimensions, and the customer's postal code. You configure which shipping services you offer, and prices are calculated automatically at checkout.

You connect your accounting system in the settings by entering the API key from your accounting provider. New orders are then automatically synced as invoices, customers are created, and posting follows your setup. You can configure which accounts are used.

This helps you prioritise follow-up.

Customer data can be imported, but passwords cannot be transferred between platforms (this applies to all platforms, not just ours). Your customers will need to create a new password on first login. We automatically send a welcome email with instructions.

Yes. During migration you can test the new store on a temporary subdomain while the old store is still active. When you're ready, you point your domain to us.
